Ready...Set...Go!

We had an amazing time at camp last week! I really think the kids enjoyed UCYC. While I would say that I enjoyed the quality time with our kids or the awesome service times, our kids would probably claim to love the mud pit or the afternoon where they got to throw water balloons at their leaders. I'm not sure what I did to deserve all of the "love" they showed through those balloons.

This weekend marks the 2nd week of the series Ready. Set. Go. The original intent when we wrote this series was to equip our kids with the knowledge and confidence to invite their friends to church and to even share the Gospel. Based off the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20, we are seeking to learn together what it means to, "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit..."

Thursday, July 24th - HD Volunteer Meeting in Elevate (You should have already received an e-vite for this! Let me know if you haven't.)

August 2nd-3rd - Promotion Weekend and a Courtyard Event (This weekend will be huge! You don't want to miss it!)
