Thanks is something you give...

On behalf of all of the HD Staff at Radiant, we would like to THANK YOU each for being such an amazing and valuable part of the ministry that happens every weekend. Some days may feel like a check-in and check-out spree, but never forget that every check-up conversation you have with each child really does have eternal significance.

I hope that each and every one of you will be able to join us for the Team Time Out this coming Sunday. I can’t imagine a better evening: Hot Cider, Hot Chocolate, Games, Worship, and Pie. We had a great time trying to come up with a title for the event. “Hap-pie Thanksgiving, Holiday Eat A Lot of Food Party, Sip ’N’ Stuff, and Pigskin Pie were some of the winners that were furiously lobbied for. I’m part of an underground movement still referring to the event as “Lose Weight, Eat Pie.” Obviously the final title, Pie & Cider Night, speaks for itself. Be there or…or else miss out on a great time! ;)

Also, get ready to continue the series “In God We Trust” this weekend as we learn about making wise choices through the story of the Prodigal Son.

“The earth belongs to the Lord. And so does everything in it. The world belongs to him. And so do all those who live in it.” – Psalm 24:1

p.s. Don't forget to RSVP for Pie & Cider Night!! And mark your calendars now for the Christmas Musical, Living Nativity. The show will be on Saturday night, December 13th and over 75 kids from Jungle and Elevate are working hard to have the best show possible!
