With Joy

Hopefully you are familiar with one of our Children's staff members - Carey Bailey. I've known Carey for over two years and I have been blessed to be the recipient of many cards and encouraging notes from her. Carey signs everything "With Joy." In fact in my eyes, the word joy has become synonymous with Carey. She's usually smiling and she's always encouraging. I would love to be recognized by my joy!

As we enter into 2009 my hope and prayer is that each our lives would reflect the joy of Christmas all year round. The Savior has come and he is Christ the Lord!

For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down His life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers. 1 John 3:16

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
